What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of www.sunenergyxt.tz and the submission of an application to the SunEnergyXT Founders Programme. They are issued by Safety Tax Free GmbH, which operates this website under its registered trademark SunEnergyXT and whose details are given in the Legal Notice.
They do not govern the supply, installation or servicing of hardware. Those are settled separately in a written agreement between you and Safety Tax Free GmbH or its local partner, and that agreement prevails over anything stated here.
This website is not an offer
The product descriptions, capacities, configurations and programme terms shown on this website are indicative and non-binding. They are an invitation to enquire, not an offer capable of acceptance within the meaning of §145 BGB.
A contract comes into existence only when Safety Tax Free GmbH issues a written offer following a site assessment and you accept it.
Applying to the Founders Programme
- Submitting the application form places no obligation on you and none on us.
- Selection is at our discretion. We are not required to state reasons for accepting or declining a site.
- The number of founding sites per segment is limited and may change.
- Terms described as “founding-site terms” apply only to sites we have accepted into the programme in writing.
- You confirm that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge. System sizing depends on it.
The reciprocal commitments described on the landing page — hosting occasional site visits, sharing anonymised performance data, and giving feedback on the system — are not created by these terms. Where they apply to a founding site, they are set out in the written agreement for that site and agreed there.
Specifications and availability
Technical specifications published on this website reflect the SunEnergyXT 500 PRO at the time of publication and may change as the product is developed. Figures such as capacity, output, cycle life and operating range are nominal values determined under defined test conditions; actual performance depends on installation, load profile, ambient conditions and configuration.
Availability, delivery times and customs clearance in Tanzania are outside our sole control and are not warranted on this website.
Liability for use of this website
Our liability for the use of this website is governed by the statutory provisions. These terms neither limit nor exclude it.

All content on this website is protected by copyright, as set out in the Legal Notice. SunEnergyXT is a registered trademark of Safety Tax Free GmbH; the AEROVOLT Tanzania name and logo are marks of AEROVOLT Tanzania Limited. Neither may be reproduced without the consent of its owner.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer habitually resident outside Germany, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence (Art. 6(2) Rome I).
If you are a merchant, a legal person under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from these terms is Munich, Germany. We remain entitled to bring proceedings at your general place of jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms as the programme develops. The version in force is the one published here at the time you use the website.
